Shipments and returns

Please note we do not ship outside mainland uk apart from Ireland at a charge of £25 (phone or email to arrange)

Orders received before 2pm will be shipped the same day (Monday to Thursday) subject to stock being available.

Orders below £20 are shipped via Royal Mail at a charge of £5.50

Orders above £20 are shipped on a next day courier service at a charge of £11.75

Items sent by Courier are normally delivered the next day, it helps us if you can give a delivery address where there will be someone to sign for the package,(parcels are not left without a signature).

When the courier calls should there be no answer he will leave a card, they will automatically try to redeliver the following day, if there is still no answer he will leave a second card, the courier company will then hold the parcel at their depot for 5 days awaiting instructions regarding which day to redeliver.

We use DPD as a courier,orders placed online should receive an email from DPD once the parcel is on its way, this enables you to track your own parcel via their website, www.dpd.co.uk
